Shipping Damage Free Guarantee

Accessory Shipments

Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.

Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.

Kayak Shipments

We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.

If we hand deliver it

Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.

If it ships LTL freight

Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.

What we cover

Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.

Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

Native Watercraft Warranty

Kayaks and Drives

  • Hulls: Limited lifetime against manufacturing defects, plus 5 years against normal wear and tear as determined by the Native Watercraft warranty team.
  • Who it covers: Original retail customer. Grade 2 cosmetically blemished kayaks carry the same coverage.
  • Components: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
  • Propel pedal drive: 5 years from the purchase date against defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Rental, livery or demo use: 1 year on the hull and all components.

Register within 14 days

Native Watercraft requires you to register your kayak, and your Propel drive if it has one, on the Native Watercraft website within 14 days of purchase for the warranty to activate. Keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Not covered

Normal wear and color discoloration, structural or dimensional alterations, damage from improper storage or transport including ratchet straps, damage from winching the boat onto a trailer, use the kayak was not designed for, rental or commercial service, and color variation between boats. On the Propel drive, also skipped maintenance, transporting the kayak with the drive still in it, non-approved lubricants, and crank arms tightened past 26 ft/lb.

Filing a claim

Native Watercraft requires every warranty claim to come through the dealer you bought from. That is us, so we handle it. Email helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase, the model, the kayak and Propel serial numbers, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We submit it to Native Watercraft and follow it through.

The Titan X Propel 10.5 is the compact Titan X, and 38 inches wide is the number that matters. That is a standing platform, not a compromise — on a hull short enough to turn in a creek arm.

The Propel Pedal Drive is the reason people buy Native. Native builds it around one idea — hands-free forward and reverse. Not lift it out and spin the boat around; reverse, under your feet, the moment you need it. It runs a 10:1 gear ratio, Native has been building it since 2008, it is made in the USA with domestic and foreign parts, and it carries a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects — with the first 2 years covering any issue top to bottom.

This is the most electronics-ready boat in the compact class. Through-hull transducer wiring runs in the hatch. There is integrated bow battery storage, a stern battery compartment that fits a 100AH or dual 60AH, quick access wiring, a PowerLink electronics plate, and groove track for the PowerLink graph bar. You are not inventing a wiring solution; Native already did.

The PivotPro seat swivels a full 360 degrees, non-locking, with a tackle management drawer underneath it. There is a Ketch board stager, internal rod tip storage, integrated rod rests, no-slip deck padding, Springblade rudder control, and Power-Pole Micro anchor mount readiness. Rated to 475 pounds.

Native Watercraft Titan X Propel 10.5 Questions, Answered

What is the Propel Pedal Drive?

Native’s pedal drive, and the thing the brand is known for. The headline is hands-free forward and reverse — you back off a snag, hold against current or reposition without ever picking up a paddle or turning the boat around. It runs a 10:1 gear ratio and Native has been building it since 2008. This boat uses the 701 Series drive.

Titan X 10.5 or Titan X 12.5?

Same drive, same seat, the same 25-item feature set. The Titan X Propel 12.5 is two feet longer, two inches wider at 40 inches, 23 pounds heavier rigged, and carries 500 lbs against 475. The 10.5 turns tighter and loads easier. Big open water points to the 12.5, tight water and transport point to the 10.5.

Is 38 inches too wide to pedal efficiently?

It is wide, and that is deliberate. You give up some speed to get a standing deck you can actually fish from all day. If outright efficiency matters more than standing, look at the narrower Slayer Propel Max 12.5 at 34 inches.

What size battery will it take?

The stern compartment fits a 100AH or dual 60AH, and there is integrated bow battery storage on top of that. That is enough for a motor and a full electronics package without a battery riding loose on your deck.

How heavy is it, honestly?

115 lbs fitted and 149 lbs rigged. This is a trailer or a two-person load with a cart for the walk down. The capacity and the deck are what the weight buys you.

What is the warranty on the drive?

Native covers the Propel drive for 5 years against manufacturer defects, and the first 2 years are top-to-bottom coverage of any issue. It is made in the USA with domestic and foreign parts. For the hull warranty and current terms, ask us and we will get you the exact policy in writing before you buy.

Can I get it to the water by myself?

This is where the Native Sidekick Wheel Transport System earns its money. The Titan X Propel 10.5 is groove-track equipped and Sidekick ready, so the cart mounts to the boat rather than being something separate you drag along. Native says the Sidekick fits all Propel models except the LT and Manta Ray.

How does the Native Watercraft Titan X Propel 10.5 ship?

Two ways. If you are inside our delivery area, local delivery shows up as a shipping option at checkout and we bring the boat to you ourselves. We call ahead to set a meet-up, and since we do the unloading there is nothing for you to inspect or sign at the curb. Otherwise it ships LTL freight with a carrier running a 99.9% damage-free rate. On a freight delivery, look the boat over before you sign the receipt and write down any damage you see. That one step protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours. We email the full details once your order is placed.
