Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Caney Fork Outdoors

Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges, with or without a receipt.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 12 days of purchase.

Condition for Return

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With manufacturer tags intact

Fees

For returns not due to our error:

  • 15% restocking/processing fee
  • Customer pays return shipping and shipping material
  • Refunds follow the same fee schedule

Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks, including:

  • 5–10 business days: shipping back to Caney Fork Outdoors
  • 3–5 business days: processing
  • 5–10 business days: bank processing

Sale/Discount Policy

  • Prior purchases excluded
  • Cannot combine with other offers

Warranty/Warranty Claims

All warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer, but Caney Fork Outdoors may help and access in warranty claims. Caney Fork Outdoors does not provide warranties and has no control over the end result of the claim as this falls onto the manufacturer to decide the outcome.
