Welcome to Caney Fork Outdoors. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • All orders placed through Caney Fork Outdoors are subject to product availability, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected via Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, TikTok Ads, and our mailing systems.

3. Order Acceptance, Shipping, and Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, inaccuracies in product descriptions or specifications, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, shipping restrictions, freight carrier limitations, or any other circumstance that prevents the completion of the order.

Receipt of an order confirmation, email confirmation, or payment authorization does not constitute acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Caney Fork Outdoors.

Due to the size and nature of kayaks, canoes, and other oversized products, shipping and freight charges displayed on the website may be estimates and are subject to verification after an order is placed. Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to request additional shipping charges, refuse shipment, or cancel an order if the actual cost of freight, delivery, residential service, liftgate service, remote-area surcharges, carrier fees, or other transportation-related expenses materially exceed the amount quoted at checkout.

If additional shipping charges are required, the customer will be notified and given the option to approve the revised shipping cost or cancel the order. If Caney Fork Outdoors cancels an order for any reason, including excessive freight costs, inventory shortages, pricing errors, or shipping limitations, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for the canceled order.

Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Caney Fork Outdoors ships to virtually any U.S. address. Certain products may have shipping restrictions. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Key points:

  • Freight shipments (kayaks and oversized items) are sent to the nearest terminal; home delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. 
  • Additional freight fees may apply for remote locations or certain states; we will notify you prior to shipping.
  • Shipping rates are based on weight and dimensions. Published weights are rounded up to the nearest pound, and dimensions to the nearest inch.
  • Signature may be required for delivery.
  • We do not ship on:

  • Free shipping is available for orders $249+ shipped to the contiguous U.S., excluding:
    • Used, blemished, or factory 2nd items

    • Lowrance & Raymarine items
    • Batteries
    • Motors
    • Depthfinders
    • Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes
  • Free shipping cannot be combined with discounts or prior purchases.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges.

Key points:

  • Return window: Items must be returned within 12 days of purchase.
  • Condition for return: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with manufacturer tags intact.
  • Fees for returns not due to our error:
    • 15% restocking/processing fee
    • Customer pays return shipping and materials
  • Refunds follow the same fee schedule and may take up to 4 weeks:
    • 5–10 business days for shipping
    • 3–5 business days for processing
    • 5–10 business days for bank processing
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, paddles, lifejackets, dry/wet suits, helmets, spray skirts, motors, shoes/boots, fishing tackle/lures, electronics, depthfinders, batteries, wiring kits 
    • Used, blemished, or factory 2nd items sold AS IS
  • Warranty claims: All warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer; Caney Fork Outdoors may assist but does not control outcomes.

6. Price Match Guarantee

We will price match any United States authorized brick-and-mortar or online retailer's published price.

Requirements:

  • The item must be identical: same price, year, quantity, color, size, brand, and model, and in new condition.
  • Must be currently in-stock at the retailer’s website at the time of the request.
  • Customers must provide retailer information by filling out the Price Match form or contacting us at helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com or by giving us a call at (931) 858-5222. 
  • Only one per customer/item/day.
  • Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to verify price and availability and has the final decision on any request.
  • We will match our own online prices for in-store purchases.
  • We will not price match outside the contiguous U.S. or during Thanksgiving through the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Exclusions:

  • Percentage Off or Buy One Get One Free ads without a specific price
  • Auctions or membership-required sites
  • Past orders
  • Offers requiring purchase for a gift card
  • Instant rebates, mail-in offers, or offers including financing
  • Closeouts, “going out of business,” or misprinted ads
