Absolutely! Local pickup at our Caney Fork Outdoors shop is free. Just select “Local Pickup” during checkout. Call to setup an appointment at (615) 696-7887 and allow up to 24-72 hours for processing.
3. What is the difference in White Glove Delivery and Shipping LTL Terminal Pickup?
White Glove Delivery is a delivery service we offer to customers who order kayaks in specific locations and states. We have drivers who will hand deliver the kayaks to an address close to your shipping address. Where you meet them to pickup your kayak order. This service has a 100% Damaged Free Rate. (ETA 10-20 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location.)
Shipping LTL Terminal Pickup is a shipping service we use through major shipping truck carriers. We locate the closest shipping truck carrier terminal to your shipping address where you will pickup your kayak. With this service, there is over 260+ terminals, 99.4% On-Time Delivery Rate, and a 99.9% Damage Free Rate. (ETA 3-15 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location.)
4. Do you ship kayaks and gear nationwide?
Yes! We ship kayaks, gear, and accessories all across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on size and location.
5. How long does shipping usually take?
Delivery time frames vary based on the status and progress of your order.
Smaller items usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Kayaks and larger gear may take 1–2 weeks depending on carrier schedules. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. The shipping dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships out, you’ll receive an email at the email address you provided us for your order with the tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing and carrier pickup.
7. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We’re proud to ship kayaks all the way to the great states of Alaska and Hawaii! For these locations, please call us at (615) 696-7887 or (931) 858-5222 in order for us to get a shipping quote to the closest terminal to you. (ETA of delivery is 15-20 business days)

8. Do you ship to a PO Box or APO address?
Due to the size and shipping requirements of our products, we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Do you offer kayak customization or rigging?
We sure do! From fish finder installs to custom mounts and wiring to mounting motors, we can help outfit your dream kayak just the way you like it.
Rentals & River Adventures
1. Can I rent a kayak or canoe on the Caney Fork River?
Yes! We offer kayak and canoe rentals for all skill levels. You can paddle the scenic Caney Fork River or enjoy Center Hill Lake. Check out all the options on our rental website.
2. Do I need a reservation for rentals?
Reservations are recommended during weekends and holidays, but walk-ins are welcome if availability allows. Book on our rental website.
3. Do you provide full service shuttles with your rentals?
Yes, we provide a full shuttle with our rentals. We also offer a self-service option where you can rent the kayak or canoe and take it yourself and bring it back at the end of the day or multiple day rental.
Cabins & Lodging Questions
1. Are your cabins close to the Caney Fork River or Center Hill Lake?
Our cabins are only 1/8 of a mile from the Center Hill Dam where there is the Long Branch Boat Ramp and also the Center Hill Lake Boat Ramp.
2. Are your cabins on the Caney Fork River?
Yes, they are on the Caney Fork River, but for safety we have closed the path to the river access. However, Long Branch Boat Ramp and Buffalo Valley Boat Ramp are only 1/8 of a mile away.
