Shipping Damage Free Guarantee
Accessory Shipments
Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.
Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.
Kayak Shipments
We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.
If we hand deliver it
Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.
If it ships LTL freight
Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.
What we cover
Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.
Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.
Native Watercraft Warranty
Kayaks and Drives
- Hulls: Limited lifetime against manufacturing defects, plus 5 years against normal wear and tear as determined by the Native Watercraft warranty team.
- Who it covers: Original retail customer. Grade 2 cosmetically blemished kayaks carry the same coverage.
- Components: 1 year from the original date of purchase.
- Propel pedal drive: 5 years from the purchase date against defects in workmanship and materials.
- Rental, livery or demo use: 1 year on the hull and all components.
Register within 14 days
Native Watercraft requires you to register your kayak, and your Propel drive if it has one, on the Native Watercraft website within 14 days of purchase for the warranty to activate. Keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase.
Not covered
Normal wear and color discoloration, structural or dimensional alterations, damage from improper storage or transport including ratchet straps, damage from winching the boat onto a trailer, use the kayak was not designed for, rental or commercial service, and color variation between boats. On the Propel drive, also skipped maintenance, transporting the kayak with the drive still in it, non-approved lubricants, and crank arms tightened past 26 ft/lb.
Filing a claim
Native Watercraft requires every warranty claim to come through the dealer you bought from. That is us, so we handle it. Email helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase, the model, the kayak and Propel serial numbers, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We submit it to Native Watercraft and follow it through.
The Falcon 11 is the way into Native without a pedal drive. Eleven feet, 32.5 inches wide, 60 pounds bare and 65 rigged, and it paddles. No drive to maintain, no drive to pay for.
What it does have is the fishing hardware people usually give up at this price. A console with battery storage and transducer access, a transducer mounting plate on the hull, a console cover with gear track for a fish finder, dual flush mount rod holders, adjustable foot rests, and hi-low frame seating so you can sit high to see and low to paddle.
A bow hatch opens into the hull for storage. Six scupper plugs come with it. There is a replaceable skid plate on the stern and a side-mounted paddle clip so the paddle is not in your lap while you fish.
Rated to 325 pounds. At 60 lbs it is the lightest boat in the Native range by a wide margin, which for a lot of people is the difference between a kayak they use and a kayak they own.

Native Watercraft Falcon 11 Questions, Answered
Why buy a paddle kayak when everything else here pedals?
Price and simplicity. A pedal drive is the most expensive part of a pedal kayak and the only part that needs servicing. The Falcon gets you a real fishing deck, a transducer plate and console storage without it. If you fish a few times a season, or you are buying your first fishing kayak, start here.
Can I run a fish finder on it?
Yes, and Native built for it — a transducer mounting plate on the hull, a console for the battery with transducer access, and a console cover with gear track to mount the display. That is more electronics provision than most boats at this price.
Is 325 pounds enough capacity?
It is the number to check first, because it includes you and everything you bring. It suits most anglers running a light setup. If you are a bigger paddler or you load heavy, look at the Slayer Propel 10 LTE at 425 lbs.
Can I add a pedal drive later?
No. The Falcon is a paddle hull and the drive boats are built around a drive well. If pedaling is where you are heading, buy a Propel boat rather than planning to convert this one.
Is it stable enough to stand?
Native lists stand-up pads and a 32.5 inch beam. That is narrower than the Titan and Titan X boats, so treat it as a boat you can stand in on calm water rather than an all-day standing platform.
Can I get it to the water by myself?
This is where the Native Sidekick Wheel Transport System earns its money. The Falcon 11 is groove-track equipped and Sidekick ready, so the cart mounts to the boat rather than being something separate you drag along. Native says the Sidekick fits all Propel models except the LT and Manta Ray.
How does the Native Watercraft Falcon 11 ship?
Two ways. If you are inside our delivery area, local delivery shows up as a shipping option at checkout and we bring the boat to you ourselves. We call ahead to set a meet-up, and since we do the unloading there is nothing for you to inspect or sign at the curb. Otherwise it ships LTL freight with a carrier running a 99.9% damage-free rate. On a freight delivery, look the boat over before you sign the receipt and write down any damage you see. That one step protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours. We email the full details once your order is placed.
Gentlemen, Let me tell you a story of customer service.....My boat was run thru by a forklift somewhere along the delivery route thru Old Dominion Truck Lines. The damage went unnoticed. Old Dominion refused liability, Janice at Caney Fork was stuck with a destroyed boat. She had another identical boat in stock. She personally delivered the new boat to me, in Arkansas, no questions asked. My wife and I are now planning a trip to visit and enjoy whatever else Janice has to offer at Caney Fork Outdoors!
