Looking to buy a Jackson Mayfly kayak so I called CFO on a Monday not knowing they were closed and left a message asking questions about their kayaks. Later that evening the owner (a women) called me back and answered all of my questions. This is why this company has been in business a long time, good ol’ customer service. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else after taking her call on her off day. Thanks so much Caney Fork Outfitters.

Love the kayak and paddle that Carney sold me online. Shipping was included but prices skyrocketed due to war - we agreed to delay shipping hoping war would end. When prices didn't dip Carney shipped anyway in time for my summer enjoyment. They were great communicators

We recently purchased 2 jackson Coosa FD kayaks with the best peddle drive system from a family, friendly business. From the moment we made contact with Janus she was very helpful answering the long list of questions we had and we left very satisfied and placed an order. Janus kept us informed throughout the process with ordering the trailer along with the two kayaks.

We are very pleased with our new toys that Mr. Ryan and Janus helped in making our weekends very enjoyable and exciting.

I cannot say enough nice things about the Caney Fork Outfitters family. they truly, TRULY went the extra mile making sure that I was completely satisfied with my Blue Sky 360 . My wife and I drove nearly six hours and crossed one time line. We stayed in one of their cabins for four days. Someone else has already said it , "OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE". I completely agree. Been out a few times and love the Bite Angler. Seat is super comfortable and over all very stable. I like the large cockpit, gives you plenty of room for gear and you can also deal With fish easily.
If I were to buy another Jackson kayak I would buy from Caney Fork Outdoors. They are a great company to deal with. Super responsive with questions and shipping.

Gentlemen, Let me tell you a story of customer service.....My boat was run thru by a forklift somewhere along the delivery route thru Old Dominion Truck Lines. The damage went unnoticed. Old Dominion refused liability, Janice at Caney Fork was stuck with a destroyed boat. She had another identical boat in stock. She personally delivered the new boat to me, in Arkansas, no questions asked. My wife and I are now planning a trip to visit and enjoy whatever else Janice has to offer at Caney Fork Outdoors! Overall Experience

By far the best kayak out there. It's insanely versatile where if you are soloing you can bring a whole campsite or have a captains bridge with everything you need for a tournament. On the other hand you can setup a tandem seat to bring the kiddos or your wife (if you can get her out there). I had just bought an old town PDL 3 months before this and it's a night and day difference. Not bashing the OT but I'll never go back to it owning an XTR 130.
