Shipping Damage Free Guarantee
Accessory Shipments
Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.
Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.
Kayak Shipments
We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.
If we hand deliver it
Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.
If it ships LTL freight
Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.
What we cover
Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.
Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

Bonafide requires you to register your kayak, and your Propel drive if it has one, on the Bonafide website within 14 days of purchase for the warranty to activate. Keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase.
Not covered
Normal wear and color discoloration, structural or dimensional alterations, damage from improper storage or transport including ratchet straps, damage from winching the boat onto a trailer, use the kayak was not designed for, rental or commercial service, and color variation between boats. On the Propel drive, also skipped maintenance, transporting the kayak with the drive still in it, non-approved lubricants, and crank arms tightened past 26 ft/lb.
Filing a claim
Bonafide requires every warranty claim to come through the dealer you bought from. That is us, so we handle it. Email helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase, the model, the kayak and Propel serial numbers, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We submit it to Bonafide and follow it through.
The Bonafide XTR130 is billed by Bonafide as the greatest fishing kayak ever. It takes inspiration from bass boats and adds what anglers ask for: power and electronics integration, versatility, ample space, exceptional stability and a fishing-focused design.
It combines the best of a kayak with the most popular features of a small bass boat: an open deck, an elevated platform and a walkable 24" x 65" floor plan engineered for fishing. Bonafide lists its stability at 11.0, above every other Bonafide kayak in its ratings, and its capacity at 750 lbs.
The XTR130 is customizable for any fishing day, with PowerLink ports, multiple motor configurations, multiple battery storage options, a PivotPro swivel seat, optional tandem seating and extensive gear track. It is made in the USA.

Bonafide XTR130 Questions, Answered
Is the 11 stability rating on the Bonafide XTR130 a typo?
No. Bonafide lists the XTR130 at 11.0 for stability, and every other Bonafide kayak in its ratings tops out at 10. At 40.5" wide with a 750 lb capacity and a 24" x 65" walkable floor, the XTR130 is closer to a small bass boat than to a kayak, and the rating reflects that.
Can I run forward-facing sonar on the Bonafide XTR 130?
Yes. FFS and Downscan compatibility is a listed feature, and Live Scope setups are called out on the product page. Bonafide also offers a Captain's Bridge accessory for dual monitor capability.
What motor setups does the Bonafide XTR 130 support?
The deck was designed motorization-first. A stern motor can be added, a bow motor goes on with the XTR 130 Bow Motor Mount, and Bonafide describes the deck as ready for dual motors and compatible with tiller motors. The Wizard foot-controlled steering accessory can be added for hands-free control.
Can two people fish out of the XTR130?
Yes, with the dual swivel seat accessory. Bonafide lists tandem fishing, teaching and kid-friendly setups as intended uses, and the 750 lb capacity is what makes that realistic.
Can I hunt waterfowl from the XTR130?
Bonafide lists waterfowl hunting among the uses for the XTR130, with marsh grass camo, duck blind setup and bird dog support called out on the page. The open 24" x 65" walkable floor gives you room to set up.
How heavy is the XTR130, and how do I move it?
155 lbs for the fitted hull and 170 lbs fully rigged. Plan on a trailer or a ramp, or a team of two for the lift, and use a cart for the walk. The XTR 130 Adapter Kit for the Sidekick Kayak Cart is Bonafide's wheel option for the XTR 130. That weight is the trade for the deck space and the capacity.
XTR130 or PWR129?
Both are motor-ready. The PWR129 is 35" wide with a 78 lb fitted hull and a 500 lb capacity, with foot steering to a Springblade rudder. The XTR130 is 40.5" wide with a 155 lb fitted hull, a 750 lb capacity, a swivel seat and a walkable upper deck. The PWR129 is the paddle-and-power kayak, and the XTR130 is the one that fishes like a bass boat.
XTR130 or XTR140P?
The XTR140P is 14 feet long, 40" wide and 18" deep, rated to 725 lbs, and it is offered with the X Range 801 Propel Drive. The XTR130 is 12'7" long, 40.5" wide and 15" deep, rated to 750 lbs, with the PivotPro swivel seat and a motorization-first deck.
What is the Bonafide XTR130 warranty?
Lifetime on the hull against manufacturing defects for the original retail customer, 5 years against normal wear and tear, and 1 year on components. Bonafide asks you to register within 14 days of purchase. Claims go through the dealer that sold the kayak.
How does the Bonafide XTR130 ship?
Two ways. If you are inside our delivery area, local delivery shows up as a shipping option at checkout and we bring the boat to you ourselves. We call ahead to set a meet-up, and since we do the unloading there is nothing for you to inspect or sign at the curb. Otherwise it ships LTL freight with a carrier running a 99.9% damage-free rate. On a freight delivery, look the boat over before you sign the receipt and write down any damage you see. That one step protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours. We email the full details once your order is placed.
By far the best kayak out there. It's insanely versatile where if you are soloing you can bring a whole campsite or have a captains bridge with everything you need for a tournament. On the other hand you can setup a tandem seat to bring the kiddos or your wife (if you can get her out there). I had just bought an old town PDL 3 months before this and it's a night and day difference. Not bashing the OT but I'll never go back to it owning an XTR 130.
