Shipping Damage Free Guarantee
Accessory Shipments
Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.
Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.
Kayak Shipments
We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.
If we hand deliver it
Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.
If it ships LTL freight
Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.
What we cover
Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.
Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

The Badfish Hybrid Paddle is one paddle instead of two. Swap the included T-grip handle on or off and it goes from a double-blade kayak paddle to a single-blade SUP paddle, which means one thing to store, one thing to pack, and one thing to buy.
That matters most on the boards and boats that do both. Sit down and paddle a river tube or an inflatable rigged with a seat, then stand up on the flat stretch, without carrying two paddles to do it.
In kayak mode it adjusts from 224cm to 236cm. In SUP mode it runs 65" to 82". The blade is fiberglass reinforced nylon, and the four-piece breakdown fits a truck box or a cabin closet.

Badfish Hybrid Paddle Questions, Answered
How does the conversion work?
You are swapping what goes on the end of the shaft. Run it as a double-blade for kayaking, or pull one blade and fit the included T-grip handle to paddle it standing up as a SUP paddle. It takes seconds and no tools.
Is it as good as a dedicated paddle?
A purpose-built paddle in either discipline will be lighter and stiffer. What you get here is not having to own and carry both. If you paddle one way almost all the time, buy the dedicated paddle. If you genuinely switch, this is the sensible choice.
What length does it cover?
224cm to 236cm in kayak mode and 65" to 82" in SUP mode. That covers most paddlers in both positions, though very wide fishing kayaks may want the longer Custom Kayak Paddle at 260cm.
Who is this for?
Anyone whose day changes. Sit-down on a tube or a rigged inflatable, stand up on the flats. It is also a sensible one-paddle answer for a household with a couple of different craft in the garage.
Do four pieces make it flimsy?
More joints means more flex than a one-piece shaft, and you will feel it against a stiff carbon paddle. In exchange it fits in a truck box. That is the trade every breakdown paddle makes.
Is the T-grip included?
Yes, it comes in the box. The conversion is not an accessory you have to add later.
