The long-day version. The Bixpy K-1 Angler Pro Outboard Kit pairs the K-1 motor with the PP-768 Power Pack, which is 768 Wh of lithium iron phosphate. That gets you 38 lbs of thrust and more than 2 hours wide open, or up to 24 hours of continuous running at slower speeds.

The Power Pack has a rail system built into it, so gear mounts straight to the battery instead of eating up deck space. The motor itself weighs 2.8 lbs with the cable and attachment adapter, comes off with one bolt, and is rated to 100 ft of depth. A Bluetooth remote runs 13 forward speeds and 3 reverse, and a double click takes it to full power.

This kit does not include a mounting adapter. Pick the one that matches your boat and buy it separately. It is the kit for anglers who troll all day, cover water between spots on a big lake, or want to push upriver and still have power to get back.

Bixpy K-1 Angler Pro Questions, Answered

What is the difference between this and the standard K-1 Outboard Kit?

The battery. The Angler Pro carries the 768 Wh PP-768 Power Pack instead of the 378 Wh pack, which raises thrust from 33 lbs to 38 lbs and roughly doubles run time. The motor is the same.

Does the Bixpy K-1 Angler Pro Outboard Kit come with a mount?

No. The mounting adapter is a separate purchase and depends on your boat. Transom, Power Pole, pedal drive and flat-deck adapters all run the same K-1 motor.

How long does it actually run?

More than 2 hours at top speed, and up to 24 hours continuous at slower speeds. Trolling a lake all day is well inside what one charge covers.

What comes in the box?

The K-1 motor, the PP-768 Outboard Battery v2, the wireless remote, a magnetic kill switch with a floating leash, the wall charger, an Allen key for the propeller shroud, the quick start manual and a vinyl decal.

How heavy is the whole setup?

The Power Pack is 21 lbs and the motor is 2.8 lbs. The battery does not float, so keep it strapped down.

Can I charge it with a solar panel?

Yes. Solar brings it back in 6 to 10 hours depending on the panel and the sun. The wall charger takes 7 to 8 hours. Panels are sold separately.

Is it safe in salt water?

Yes. Anodized aluminum body with corrosion-resistant components, rated for fresh water, brackish water and salt, and the motor is rated to 100 ft of depth. Rinse it with fresh water after a salt day.

How does the Bixpy K-1 Angler Pro Outboard Kit ship?

Ships parcel, nationwide. It packs into the manufacturer's box, so it goes out as a standard ground shipment.
