Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.

Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.

Kayak Shipments

We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.

If we hand deliver it

Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.

If it ships LTL freight

Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.

What we cover

Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.

Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

Kayaks and Boats

Jackson Kayak covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship in the hull and outfitting of kayaks sold new by an Authorized Dealer. Select and Blem boats included.

  • Coverage: 3 years from the purchase date on boats bought September 1, 2021 or later. Demo boats start the day they ship from the factory. Flex Drive units get 2 years.
  • Who it covers: Original owner only. Non-transferable, proof of purchase required.
  • Not covered: Normal wear like scratches, chipping and fading. Also abuse, misuse, commercial use, structural alterations, damage from aftermarket outrigger or wheel systems, and boats sold as-is, as seconds, or used.
  • How a claim is handled: Year one is free repair or replacement with free shipping. Year two is a full build at 70% off retail plus shipping. Year three is a full build at 50% of MSRP plus shipping. Seats and drives are excluded on fishing and exploration models.

Replacements require proof the original kayak was decommissioned. Exceptions apply.

The 360 Angler is tailored for anglers who demand a fishing kayak that excels in every aspect. It prioritizes ample space, comfort, accessories and storage without sacrificing the stealth and maneuverability needed for shallow water that larger boats cannot reach. It combines the stability of a bass boat with the convenience of a kayak, and it runs the Flex Drive Mark IV.

The Flex Drive Mark IV is patented and is the product of four years of constant evolution. Jackson Kayak's latest version is faster, quieter and more durable than the drives before it. Gear tracks run the hull for rod mounts and rod holders come included, in-hull storage handles rods and tackle boxes, and an integrated wheel system makes getting the boat from your truck or trailer to the water a simple job for one person.

A four-hole bolt pattern on the stern of both pontoons supports accessories like a PowerPole or a Torqeedo trolling motor mount adaptor, and you can add a trolling motor or a small outboard. For 2026 the Blue Sky series moves to the premium Millennium Seat, built for all-day comfort and durability with improved support, breathability and adjustability. What is the Flex Drive Mark IV?

Jackson Kayak's patented pedal drive, and the fourth generation of it after four years of constant evolution. Their claim for the Mark IV is that it is faster, quieter and more durable than the versions before it. The walkthrough video above covers it in detail.

Is the 360 Angler stable enough to stand and fish?

That is the point of the design. Jackson Kayak describes it as combining the stability of a bass boat with the convenience of a kayak, and says the dual hull gives remarkable stability even in rough water. At 48" wide with a 500 lb capacity, it is a standing platform first.

Where is the 360 Angler meant to be fished?

Jackson Kayak calls it ideal for large lakes, ponds and inshore saltwater. It also gets into shallow water that larger boats cannot reach, which is the part that separates it from a bass boat.

Can I put a motor on it?

Yes. You can add a trolling motor or a small outboard, and there is a four-hole bolt pattern on the stern of both pontoons that supports accessories like a PowerPole or a Torqeedo trolling motor mount adaptor. If you want a boat built around motor fishing from the start, look at the 360 Pro.

360 Angler or 360 Pro?

Same 13'4" twin hull, same 500 lb capacity. The Angler is the pedal boat, built around the Flex Drive Mark IV. The Pro drops the pedal drive and is built for a trolling motor, with a bow mounting plate, a transom bracket and a DC battery box included. Pedal or motor is the whole decision.

How do I get 140 lbs to the water by myself?

The integrated wheel system. Jackson Kayak built it in specifically so wheeling the boat from your truck or trailer to the water is a simple job. For soft sand or rough ground, the Blue Sky Sand Wheel Kit swaps in wide low-pressure wheels.

What is the warranty?

How does the 360 Angler ship?

Two ways. If you are inside our delivery area, local delivery shows up as a shipping option at checkout and we bring the boat to you ourselves. We call ahead to set a meet-up, and since we do the unloading there is nothing for you to inspect or sign at the curb. Otherwise it ships LTL freight with a carrier running a 99.9% damage-free rate. On a freight delivery, look the boat over before you sign the receipt and write down any damage you see. That one step protects your claim.
