The Power-Pole Micro Anchor w/ 8 Ft UL Spike is a kayak anchor that drives a spike into the bottom at the push of a button and holds you on the spot. It runs on 12V, operates virtually silent, and comes as a kit with the Micro driver, the 8 ft Ultra-Lite spike, a quick-release bracket, a key fob remote and a dash switch.

In shallow water it beats dropping an anchor. The spike pins the kayak in place without line to manage or a drift to fight, so you stay on a bed, a dock or a grass line and keep both hands on the rod. Power-Pole rates the Micro for kayaks, paddle boards, jon boats and small skiffs up to 1,500 lbs total weight, including people, motor and gear.

The driver unit weighs 7.5 lbs and lifts off the quick-release bracket for storage or to move between kayaks. A 60 watt Stealth motor runs the spike up and down, the C-Monster Control System gives you single-click stow and deploy, and the IP68 rating covers 1 to 2 meters of saltwater submersion.

Power comes from a 12V battery through the 15 ft power cord. No battery is included. If your kayak has no onboard 12V battery, add the Power-Pole Micro Battery Pak, sold separately.

What does the Power-Pole Micro do?

It drives a spike straight into the bottom and holds your kayak in place. Press the key fob or the dash switch and the spike goes down. Press again and it comes back up. In shallow water you stay exactly where you stopped, with no anchor line to manage.

Is a battery included with the Micro Anchor?

No. The Micro runs on 12V through a 15 ft power cord. Wire it to your kayak's 12V battery, or add the Power-Pole Micro Battery Pak with charger, sold separately.

Which kayaks does the Micro Anchor fit?

Bonafide matches it to the Bonafide P127, PWR129, RVR119, SKF117, SS107, SS127, and to the Native Watercraft Slayer Propel Max 10, Slayer Propel Max 12.5, Titan X Propel 10.5 and Titan X Propel 12.5.
