Shipping Damage Free Guarantee
Accessory Shipments
Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.
Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.
Kayak Shipments
We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.
If we hand deliver it
Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.
If it ships LTL freight
Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.
What we cover
Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.
Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.
Built for Hobie-style scupper hulls. The YakAttack TowNStow Scupper Kayak Cart is designed exclusively for kayaks reinforced to work with scupper carts, like Hobie's Pro Angler, Outback, and Lynx lineup. It's collapsible, tool-free, and adjustable, with extra fore-and-aft hull support that a classic scupper cart doesn't offer. A push of a button or a turn of a knob assembles, adjusts, or collapses the cart in seconds.
Built in the USA from UV-resistant, injection-molded polymers and anodized aluminum tubing, and assembled with stainless steel hardware, the TowNStow Scupper is made to survive years of use at the lake, river, or coast. It's rated for transport at walking speed only. It isn't designed to be towed behind a vehicle, ATV, or bike, or at speeds over 5 mph.
Bunks and Adjustability
A classic scupper cart uses a pair of posts and rests that carry the kayak's weight right at the scupper. As fishing kayaks get bigger and heavier, that setup needs an upgrade. The TowNStow Scupper uses four firm but flexible rubber bunk pads arranged for fore-and-aft hull support, conforming to the hull shape and keeping the scupper post from racking. The bunks adjust infinitely from 5.5" to 14.5" wide to fit a wide range of kayaks, unlike the BarCart and Bunkster, which use preset width positions.
Scupper Barb & Storage
A one-way Scupper Barb lets you insert the scupper post into the kayak's scupper holes while the kayak is still in the truck bed, overhanging the tailgate. Once the barbs pass through the hull, they lock in place so the cart won't drop to the ground, making loading and unloading easier. This feature is for loading and unloading only, not for transit. The cart also disassembles completely without tools. Everything comes off the aluminum axle in seconds, and the collapsed cart stores in most kayak hatches.
Wheels & Kickstands
The included wheels use a 3-piece BeadLoc design with durable, grippy rubber tread, built for hard-packed boat ramps and trails rather than soft sand. They snap in place and remove with the push of a button. Strap loops built into the wheel hubs work with 1" flat webbing cam straps (not included) for rough terrain. Two kickstands support the cart for loading heavier kayaks like a Pro Angler or Outback, or let you load a lighter kayak like the Lynx while the cart stays upright. They snap into the upright position and lock out of the way when not in use.
