Shipping Policy – Caney Fork Outdoors
Caney Fork Outdoors ships to virtually any address within the United States. Certain products may have shipping restrictions or may not be available for delivery to specific locations.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on item availability and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will locate the closest freight terminal to you for pickup.

Additional Freight Charges
In some cases—especially remote areas or certain states—additional freight fees may be required to cover actual carrier costs.
If this occurs:
- Using the information you provided us on the order, we will notify you before shipping by calling you, emailing, or both.
- We will work to find the most affordable delivery option.
- We may suggest alternative terminal pickup or offer a refund if shipping is not feasible.
Weight- & Dimension-Based Rates
Shipping rates for products are based on weight, dimensions, and shipping class. Published weights are rounded up to the nearest pound and dimensions to the nearest inch, per carrier standards.
Signature Requirements
All kayak orders will require a form of ID and a signature when picking up the item. On other shipments some may require a signature for delivery.
No-Ship Days
We do NOT ship on:
- Saturdays & Sundays
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Halloween
- Thanksgiving (including the day before & after)
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
Excluded Destinations
Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:
- Alaska & Hawaii (Must call to receive quote for these two states.)
- PO boxes
- Rural/remote areas
- U.S. territories, APO, or FPO
- Freight shipments (terminal-to-terminal or terminal-to-home)
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping only applies to orders $249+ shipping to the contiguous U.S. and excludes:
- Used, blem, factory 2nd items
- Lowrance, Raymarine items
- Motors
- Kayaks
- Stand Up Paddle Boards
- Inflatable Kayaks
- Trailers
- Hazardous materials
- Batteries
- Depthfinders
- Freight items
- Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes
Free shipping cannot be combined with discounts or prior purchases.
Caney Fork Outdoors reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this website.
