3 Modes: Locked, Adjustment, and Removal

• Locked Mode: Simply squeeze the lever to go into adjustment mode.
• Adjustment Mode: The mount can be rotated in any direction, but cannot be removed, making the rod holder completely secure while you adjust it to your needs.
• Removal Mode: Flip the lever out and the system will easily slide off the track mount.
