Northwest River Supplies known as NRS is the world's leading manufacturer of paddlesports gear with a 45 years legacy in the outdoor industry, located in a small town of Moscow, Idaho. Bill Parks idealistic, outdoorsman, river runner, and business professor set out to help others enjoy running the river as much as he did! In 1972 Bill Parks decided to stock inventory of boating gear in his garage and hand typed out the very first Northwest River Supplies catalog, thus the beginning of the NRS company.
