Shipping Damage Free Guarantee
Accessory Shipments
Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.
It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.
Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.
Kayak Shipments
We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.
If we hand deliver it
Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.
If it ships LTL freight
Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.
What we cover
Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.
Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

The Badfish Donut is a river tube built like a piece of gear rather than a pool toy. Open the box and float the sweetest tube you have ever taken down your local river.
The details are what separate it from the $20 tube at the gas station. The front tapers so your legs sit comfortably instead of jackknifed over the edge. Two molded handles give you something real to hold when the ride gets bouncy. Abrasion resistant PVC survives dragging across gravel bars, and the heavy-duty floor panel drains itself instead of turning into a bathtub.
It inflates through a standard SUP valve with any SUP pump and carries a 3-year warranty.

Badfish Donut River Tube Questions, Answered
Donut or Dingy?
The Donut is the classic round tube shape, done properly. The Dingy is directional, with a slimmer midsection and rocker, so it paddles and handles whitewater chop better. Take the Donut for a relaxed float, the Dingy if you want to steer and the river actually moves.
How do I inflate it?
Standard SUP valve, so any SUP pump works, hand or electric. If you already own a paddle board you already own the pump. If not, the Badfish Dual-Action Pump does the job.
What does a self-draining floor do?
It lets water out instead of holding it. A tube with a sealed floor fills up in a rapid and then you are sitting in a heavy, sluggish bathtub. This one empties on its own and keeps floating properly.
Can I steer it?
With your hands, a little. With a Badfish Dingbat or Double Dingbat tube paddle, genuinely. Being able to move away from a strainer or catch the takeout eddy is worth the price of a hand paddle.
Is it tough enough for a rocky river?
It is abrasion resistant PVC with a 3-year warranty, which is a different class of material from a vinyl pool tube. It is not armor. Sharp rock and dragging it loaded over gravel will still wear it, so carry it where you can.
Do I still need a life jacket?
Yes. A tube is not flotation for you, it is flotation you sit on and can come off of. Everyone in a tube belongs in a life jacket, and on moving water that is not negotiable.
How does it ship?
Ships parcel, nationwide. It packs down small enough to box, so it goes out as a standard ground shipment.
