Shipping Damage Free Guarantee

Accessory Shipments

Paddles, PFDs, dry bags, helmets, skirts, motors, rod holders, and accessories ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground.

It lands on your doorstep like any other package. We email tracking the day it leaves our shop.

Order gear on the same order as a kayak we're hand delivering or shipping, and it comes with the kayak.

Kayak Shipments

We deliver kayaks two ways. Inside our delivery area, we bring your boat to you ourselves. Everywhere else, it ships LTL freight with a carrier that reports a 99.9% damage-free delivery rate. We'll tell you which one you're getting once your order is placed along with more details.

If we hand deliver it

Nothing to inspect, nothing to sign at the curb. We're the ones unloading your kayak, so if anything is wrong, tell us right there and we'll take care of it. We will call before hand for a meetup place.

If it ships LTL freight

Look the boat over before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see damage, write it on the receipt. That one step is what protects your claim. Then email clear photos to helpdesk@cfoutdoors.com within 2 hours of delivery. We also will email you more details on this process once the order is placed.

What we cover

Structural damage. Anything that compromises the hull or would void the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed with the vendor. We make it right.

Cosmetic damage. Light scratches or minor surface dents that don't affect performance or structure. We send a repair kit when one is available. If you'd rather have a replacement, a 20% restocking fee applies plus full shipping back to us.

Pumps have been the weak link in inflatable paddleboarding since the beginning, so Badfish built the one they wanted to use themselves. The Dual-Action Pump gets a board to 17 psi without turning the put-in into a workout you resent.

The trick is the lever. Start on high volume, low pressure and the pump moves air on both the push and the pull, filling the board fast. When it starts getting hard, flip to low volume, high pressure and top off without fighting it. That switch is the difference between finishing the job and stopping at 12 psi because your arms gave out.

The pressure gauge is molded into the handle where you can actually see it, and the directions are printed on the pump. It works with most inflatable SUPs, not just Badfish boards.

Specifications

  • Type: Dual-action hand pump
  • Max Pressure: 17 psi
  • Modes: High volume / low pressure and low volume / high pressure
  • Gauge: Molded into the handle
  • Compatibility: Most inflatable SUPs
  • Weight: 3.0 lbs

Key Features

  • Two Modes: Fast fill first, easy top-off second, on one lever.
  • Gauge in the Handle: Read the pressure without bending over the valve.
  • Reaches 17 psi: Enough for a board that is genuinely rigid underfoot.
  • Instructions Printed On It: Nothing to look up at the put-in.
  • Universal: Works with most inflatable SUPs, not only Badfish.

Badfish Dual-Action Pump Questions, Answered

What does dual-action mean?

The pump moves air on the down stroke and the up stroke, so it fills roughly twice as fast in high-volume mode. When the board firms up you flip the lever and it switches to pushing air on one stroke only, which takes far less force to reach high pressure.

Does it work with boards from other brands?

Yes. It uses a standard SUP valve fitting and Badfish lists it as compatible with most inflatable SUPs. If your board has the common Halkey-Roberts style valve, this pump fits it.

How inflated does my board need to be?

Check the board. Most Badfish inflatables want somewhere in the mid teens of psi, and this pump reaches 17. Underinflating is the most common mistake with inflatable boards, and it makes a stiff board feel like a pool toy.

How long does it take?

Several minutes of real work, depending on board size and how fit you are. That is normal for a hand pump. If you inflate often or hate the job, the Badfish Electric Paddle Board Pump does it for you while you rig the rest of your gear.

Hand pump or electric?

The hand pump needs no power, weighs 3 pounds, and cannot fail on you at the put-in. The electric costs more and does the work for you. Plenty of people own the electric and keep this one in the truck as backup.

Does it come with my board?

If you bought a Badfish inflatable new, yes. A dual-action pump ships with the Monarch, Rivershred and River Runner. This listing is for a replacement or a second pump.
